Raintree Apartments is a popular small complex in the Cotton District. They are two bedroom, one bath apartments and a three bedroom, two bath house. Cable TV, internet and water is included in the apartments and they have hook-ups for washers and dryers. The apartments are very spacious and both bedrooms have walk-in closets.
These apartments are rented on one year leases with turnovers at the end of May, June and July.
A word of warning - this is the most popular neighborhood for MSU students in town. People looking for a quiet apartment should probably look towards other neighborhoods! |
